FAQs
What is the payment plan for District 53?
No payment plan has been released for District 53 yet. A payment plan can only be collected once an escrow account is open, because the instalments must be paid into it. If you are shown one now, ask which escrow account it pays into.
What is the starting price at District 53?
No launch price is published. The register declares a total project value of AED 20M, which is a build cost rather than a selling price. We will add the price when one is published, and we do not estimate it.
When is District 53 handover?
The register files completion for 30 June 2028. That is the developer's filed date, not a promise — we track filed dates against actual construction progress, and slippage is common.
