Broker Pulse reads the property messages already in front of you on WhatsApp Web and turns them into organised leads. Setup takes about a minute. Work down the steps below — mark each one done and the next opens.
You need Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop — the extension does not run on phones — and WhatsApp Web working in that browser, linked to your phone.
Open the Chrome Web Store listing, choose Add to Chrome, then confirm Add extension.
Chrome hides new extensions behind the puzzle-piece icon to the right of the address bar. Click it, find Broker Pulse, and click the pin so the icon stays visible.
Almost every “where did it go?” question is this step.
Click the Broker Pulse icon and sign in, or create a free account. You will need to confirm your email address before the account works — check your inbox.
One sign-in per place. The extension and the dashboard hold separate sessions, so signing into one no longer signs you out of the other. Signing into the extension on a second computer does end the session on the first.
Go to web.whatsapp.com and click into a property group — the conversation itself, not the chat list. Scroll up if you want it to reach further back.
Open the Broker Pulse icon and press Scan visible messages. It reads what is loaded in that chat, up to 200 messages.
You get a line like “Saved 3 · 5 duplicates · 12 skipped of 20.” Saved are new leads, duplicates were already captured, skipped had no lead in them.
Click Open dashboard. Leads arrive sorted into Availability, Discounts, Offers, Payment Plans, New Launches, Cancellation Units, Distress Deals, Market Updates and Price Updates.
The free plan includes 30 scans a month. A scan is one press of the button, however many messages it reads — a busy group with 180 messages costs the same single scan as a quiet one with 12.
| Free plan | |
|---|---|
| Scans | 30 per month |
| Messages per scan | up to 200 |
| WhatsApp groups | 5 |
| PDF exports | 5 per month |
A scan that finds nothing new is not charged, and duplicates never cost a scan. Your month resets on the date you signed up, not the 1st.
It reads the conversation you have open, and only when you press Scan. From each message it takes three things: the group name, the sender name, and the message text. Nothing else leaves your browser.
It never sends messages, never replies for you, never reads other tabs and never tracks your browsing. There is no background scanning — close the popup and it does nothing until you press the button again. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Usually correct. A message needs something to anchor a lead — a project, a price, a payment plan, an offer. “Good morning everyone” produces nothing, and should not. Tick Diagnostic mode at the foot of the popup and scan again to see the reason for each message.
You are probably not on a WhatsApp Web tab, or the chat list is open rather than a conversation. Open the chat itself. If it still does nothing, reload the WhatsApp Web tab — the extension needs the page fully loaded.
You have used your 30 scans. The counter at the top of the popup shows where you are. It resets on your renewal date, or you can upgrade from the dashboard.
Signing into the extension on another computer ends the session on this one. That is deliberate. Signing into the dashboard does not sign out the extension.
Chrome tucked it behind the puzzle-piece icon. Click that, then the pin.
Right-click the icon and choose Remove from Chrome. That clears everything stored in your browser. Leads already saved stay in your dashboard — ask us if you want the account and its data deleted.
