Before You Pay: Check Epoque Against the DLD Register
Marketing material is written by the seller. The Dubai Land Department register is not. These are the facts filed with the government for this project — escrow status, unit count, construction progress and the completion date on record. Free, no email needed.
Want to know if any of this changes?
We read the DLD register every morning. If the escrow status, completion date or unit count changes for Epoque, we will email you. Nothing else.
Epoque Handover Date & Construction Progress

No escrow account means units cannot lawfully be sold yet, and a payment made now would sit outside the protection of the off-plan escrow law. How to check a Dubai escrow account before you pay →

Is Epoque a good investment? Our view
Epoque is registered with the Dubai Land Department in Ras Al Khor Industrial First by REPORTAGE CAPITAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LLC. The register shows a declared project value of AED 1M, a unit count not yet filed, construction starting 30 September 2026 and a registered completion of 30 September 2029. No escrow account is open on the register yet. Until one is, units cannot legally be sold and any price quoted to you is not a price the developer can hold you to.
FAQs
What is the payment plan for Epoque?
No payment plan exists for Epoque yet. A payment plan can only be collected once an escrow account is open, because the instalments must be paid into it. If you are shown a payment plan for this project now, ask which escrow account it pays into.
What is the starting price at Epoque?
No launch price is published, and units cannot legally be sold until escrow opens. The register declares a total project value of AED 1M, which is a build cost rather than a selling price. Anyone quoting you a per-unit price for Epoque today is quoting something the developer is not bound to.
When is Epoque handover?
The Dubai Land Department register files completion for 30 September 2029. That is the developer's filed date, not a promise — we track filed dates against actual construction progress, and slippage is common. Construction had not started as at the register capture.
Is Epoque registered with the DLD?
Not yet. Epoque is registered with the Dubai Land Department but no escrow account is open on the register. Until one is, units cannot legally be sold, and any price quoted to you is not a price the developer can hold you to.
Who is the developer of Epoque?
The developer entity on the register is Reportage Capital. The register does not yet file a unit count. Single-project companies are normal in Dubai, so the entity on the register often differs from the brand used in marketing.

This project is registered with the Dubai Land Department but its escrow account is not yet open. Under Dubai law, off-plan units cannot legally be sold before the project escrow account is registered, so no official price list, payment plan or sales channel exists at this stage.
