These Terms govern your use of Broker Pulse, provided by certifiedpoor.com. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Broker Pulse is a tool that captures property-related messages from WhatsApp groups you already have access to, and organises them into a dashboard. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must provide accurate account information.
One account is intended for one user or agency, per the plan you select.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

Only scan WhatsApp groups and messages you are authorised to access.
Not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its scan limits.
Not resell or redistribute the data the service produces without permission.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your scanning of any WhatsApp group complies with that group's rules and with applicable law. Broker Pulse does not grant you any right to access messages you are not already permitted to see.

4. Plans, limits, and payment

Each plan includes a monthly scan limit. When the limit is reached, scanning pauses until your cycle resets or you upgrade.
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase.
Plan changes, refunds, and cancellations are handled by contacting us.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

Broker Pulse automatically extracts information from messages. This process is not perfect — prices, dates, and other details may be incomplete or incorrect. You should always verify a deal directly before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on the information shown in the dashboard.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Not affiliated with WhatsApp

Broker Pulse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
