This Privacy Policy explains how certifiedpoor.com ("we", "us") handles information when you use Broker Pulse — our WhatsApp scanning extension and property-intelligence dashboard. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to the practices described here.

1. What we collect

Account information: your name, company/agency name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form).
Scanned message content: when you use the extension to scan a WhatsApp group, the text of the messages you choose to scan is sent to our servers and stored in your private workspace.
Uploaded files: spreadsheets you upload for inventory processing.
Usage data: scan counts, login times, and basic activity needed to operate your account and enforce plan limits.

2. How we use it

To structure scanned messages into organised property "deal cards" shown on your dashboard.
To operate your account, enforce plan limits, and provide support.
To improve the accuracy of our message classification.

3. Internal review copy

Please read this carefully. When you scan a message, in addition to the copy saved in your private workspace, a separate internal copy may be stored and reviewed by our team. This internal copy is used only to monitor and improve the quality and accuracy of our classification system. It is not shared with other customers and is not sold.

4. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not show one customer's scanned messages to another customer.
We do not display advertising in the product.

5. Data storage and security

Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers. Passwords are stored hashed. Each customer's scanned data is kept in a separate workspace. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. WhatsApp

Broker Pulse is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta. The extension only processes messages that are already visible to you in WhatsApp Web. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorised to access and scan those messages.

You may request a copy of your data, or request that your account and associated data be deleted, at any time. See our Data Policy for details, or use the contact form.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
